Our flagship cider. This farmhouse cider is made from 100% Reinette apples grown organically on our own home orchard. A very dry, crisp, slightly effervescent single sitting wine like cider, its perfect for light meat and fish dishes. Also lovely to enjoy as a starter with the hors d'oeuvres, or a closer with deserts. Not too sweet, fantastic finish, 8% by vol. Serve chilled and enjoy. Harvested and tanked 2020, bottled spring 2021.
